I am an Executive Creative Director (ECD) that has constructed a 20+ year career across the various disciplines that make up what we now called 'integrated' communications.
I am very well versed (and awarded) in the various disciplines of creativity from digital to above & below the line. I personally don’t think of them as separate channels but as one 'integrated' creative offering that tells a story.

Capacity: Got headhunted whilst working in New York for the role of CCO at McCann, South Africa. In my role as the Chief Creative Officer I wore 2 hats, one as the CCO for McCann South Africa and also the CCO for McCann Worldgroup Africa (EMEA). My strategic leadership role extended across the various disciplines (agencies in their own right) that make up McCann Worldgroup (Mccann, McCann Digital, Weber Shandwick and UM Media).

Capacity: Landed the position for Group Creative Director Razorfish, New York. My role was very specific in that they wanted me to provide continuous leadership across the creative teams (mainly digital) and shift our creative offering into a more integrated creative offering. I had to creatively manage accounts/account relationships and drive the business/new business forward. Cause of my integrated background there was a strong emphasis placed on me to propogate creative innovation (across all platforms) within our thinking in the work we produced for our clients.
